FAST is on Spring Break today March 12 through March 18. Enjoy your break
from the pool.

Results from the February 23-24 Masters Meet at SMU are online at
http://www.ntmasters.org and some photos are posted in FAST's Online Photo
Album. The Masters Zone Championships are coming up March 23-25 at the
U.Houston CRWC Natatorium.

Congratulations go to our TAGS swimmers. All of our swimmers had best
times and swam well. Madeleine Marcos won her 100 Free, 200 Free, and 500
Free events in the Girls 11-year-old age group. Our team records have been
updated online and will be updated soon with several new records set at
TAGS and "A" Champs.

For our Dana Vollmer fans, this weekend she earned her first NCAA title
winning the 100 Fly for California. She also swam on three winning relays
which set American records (400 Free, 800 Free, and 400 Medley).

Next week both Dana and FAST's Camilo Becerra will represent their country
at the FINA World Championships in Melbourne, Australia. Good luck to
both!

March is National Nutrition Month. USA Swimming has some great articles
and resources both on training and competition diets for swimmers. These
can be found in the "Coaches" section of http://www.usaswimming.org .
