[FAST News] Bring A Friend Night

This is just a reminder that Bring a Friend Night is just around the
corner -- Wednesday May 16th, 5:30-7:30pm.

Please return signed forms to the pool by Monday 14th. They are available
on our website homepage http://www.fastswimming.org and also at the pool.

So far the Bronze group is leading the race for the pizza party, so come
on bring your friends and show them how good FAST is.

The kids will be watching a short technique video and then will be heading
to the pool for some stroke instruction with the Seniors. They should
bring drylands apparel also. The coaches have planned a fun night for all,
including Masters.
