Several of our parents are hosting a social Thursday at 7 pm at the pool
to wish the Plamondon family well with their upcoming baby arrival. Feel
free to stop by.


The meet results for the SWAT "B/C" meet June 9-10 are still not
available. We have a second inquiry in to see what's the status. As of
last Thursday, the meet host had submitted initial results for
review/corrections and several were being requested.


There are revisions to the COPS "BB" meet (May 18-20) to correct the Girls
13-Over 50m Free but the meet host did not use the correct database and
they un-fixed another event. We are also working to get that corrected.


When some of our swimmers attend a meet, FAST still will hold practice for
the rest of the team. An example is the meet this weekend - it is for
swimmers classified as "A/BB" so there will still be practice for the
swimmers who are not eligible to attend ("B/C" swimmers and swimmers who
swim in meets for faster (Seniors) or older (Masters) swimmers.) Sometimes
there will be some overlap so that the coaches will "cover" practice or
meet assignments for other coaches. There are occasionally exceptions
where the coaches are spread thin with multiple meets on a weekend; we
will give notice if a practice would be canceled.


Finally - I had a software crash using my desktop email program over the
weekend and I lost the most recent 2 years of INBOX mails. It is an older
software version and no longer supported. I am working to resolve this but
for the meanwhile your understanding is appreciated -- Nancy K French
