Our August bills have been prepared to mail soon.

We had a little "glitch" with the bills for people who have authorized
FAST to use their credit card as their primary form of payment. The JULY
credit card payments were applied to your account before we did month-end
closing so they will show as a history payment, not a current-month
payment. This does not affect the balance due, it just makes it a little
confusing reading the bills.

For all other members, our Treasurer will not have access to the payment
lockbox at WGAC over the August training break. Do not leave payment
checks at the pool after August 4th as it will cause your payment to be
credited as late. We will be checking our PO box and the mailing address
is printed on the bills during the break. Your monthly training fees/meet
entry fees are the major portion of FAST's income (to pay our coach
salaries and pool rent). In July and August we have an extra-large amount
of billables due to the championships and travel. We especially appreciate
your prompt payments this month.
