[FAST News] Issues with meet signups

Over the past few days our website was moved to a new server.
Unfortunately we did not receive any notice and many of our updates during
the transition were lost. The transition began on October 6 (we believe)
and should be stabilized by now.

Please check your meet signups to make sure that you are still listed for
signups you have done for the meets to be held after the MARS meet. It is
possible that there might be duplicated entries for swimmers but that will
not cause a problem. We did attempt a reconciliation by hand but that is
error prone.

The COPS meet results are available. We will be able to use those times to
enter the DM "A" meet scheduled for the end of this month but not for the
MARS meet. The DM "A" meet does NOT allow late entries, so it is important
that anyone wanting to go does sign up as we won't be able to fix any
mistakes.

Also, please check the TSA All*Star North Texas website at
www.tntzones.org as the entries duedate is approaching very fast. This is
a great meet for "A" aged 11-14 swimmers who are selected to the "Team
North Texas" by our LSC. There is a "leader board" that will be updated
showing the top qualifiers to date based on their age on November 10. Here
are our FAST swimmers on the list so far. Remember, swimmers can only swim
so many events; some swimmers have transfered out of state; and others
won't be able to go so don't be discouraged if you are not in the top 2
and want to give it a go. I think they will update the leader board with
the COPS results in the next day or so.
