[FAST News] Dryland Equipment Needed for Tonight

To all FAST Swimmers in all groups practicing tonight.
  The coaches apologize for the late notice on this matter, but we have just 
been notified that the heater was not able to be re-started today and the 
water temperature is quite chilly.
  So we are asking everyone to bring dryland equipment to practice tonight 
so the coaches can conduct non-water workouts.  This includes running shoes, 
shorts and T-Shirts.
  This was also supposed to be our Stroke night focusing on Butterfly and we 
had a practice start time change.
  To avoid confusion, we are going to stick with the 5:00-7:00 practice time 
that would have occurred if we had been able to run the Stroke Night.
  We will start the practice time frame tonight watching some videos of 
Butterfly and the coaches are going to try to make the best of the situation 
and get some instruction regarding Fly in, even if the swimmers will not be 
able to go through the stations.
