[FAST News] Practice cancels this week

Fort Worth ISD is hosting regionals competion this week for Diving and a 
separate meet for Regionals prelims/finals. We cannot conduct practice 
during these meets and they are admission-charged events.

Wednesday 6 Feb - No pm practice for all groups (diving)
Thursday, Friday - Normal FAST practice.
Saturday 9 Feb - We will move our morning practices earlier so we can be 
clear of the facility no later than 9 am. The FAST groups that start at 8 am 
will start this week instead at 6:30 am so we can clear out.
