[FAST News] Senior I/II/ Gold Monday p.m. practice

For swimmers in Senior I/II and Gold groups, please note:
   Monday p.m. practice will take place at Forest Park, but will begin at 5:00 (for all three groups) and run until 7:00p.m. and will not start at the normal 3:30 time.

  Coach Ron and Dave will see you there.
