[FAST News] FAST email and website issues resolved

The website issues were resolved actually before the original FAST News 
email could be delivered. Thanks to those who pointed out the problem.

We were not notified when our domain name registration was due to expire and 
it lapsed. The webpage displayed was just a generic webpage that our domain 
registrar shows until we could renew.

Our former webhost reacted very quickly to work this when we asked for help 
(despite not earning webhosting fees from us any more). As preventative 
action he has also updated our registration so it will list us directly as a 
point of contact. We were also able to get more than a 1-year renewal so 
this shouldn't happen again.
